The bust was created by Boris Blai in 1955. Handwritten in pencil on the back of the photograph is the following: "Bust of Frank Lloyd Wright 2 x 4 1/2 RESCUED AFTER STORM Thursday" Stamped in black ink on the back of the photograph is the following: "NEWS BUREAU Fla. So. College. Lakeland[, Fla]."
