| Notes | Pictured from left to right: Olga Wright (wife of Mr. Wright), Frank Lloyd Wright, unidentified woman and Reba Kelley (mostly obscured by unidentified woman). This is the interior of Dr. Ludd M. Spivey's office or the President's office. Dr. Spivey served as President of Florida Southern College, 1925-1959. B. E. Fulghum was a Lakeland, Florida contractor. Handwritten on the back of the photograph in black ink and blue ink is the following: "U-72-FLW Visit Nov. 4, 1955 [Nov. 4, 1955 is crossed out in black ink] Mar 7-8, 1957 Founder's Wk Mr + Mrs Wright Mrs. Reba Kelly (in white)" Upon further research, it was determined that the date written on the back of the photograph is incorrect as the date on which the photograph was taken and may have been written decades afterwards. Stamped in purple ink on the back of the photograph is the following: "SANBORN PHOTO SERVICE Commercial Photographers 320 E. MAIN STREET LAKELAND, FLORIDA PHONE 31 783 |
